I stayed in a standard king room for two nights. the room design was visually pleasing with cute touches. the staff were attentive and eager to help.
the pool bar was never staffed, despite being advertised. the beach bar closed at 7 pm, even though signage indicated it should be open until 10 pm. i was not given prior notice about this.
